Haha—nah I must admit I’m really lucky and have great clients who always hire me for my voice (lucky for them too, cause I suck at impersonations!).
Mind you, early on in my career I did work with a producer who had ‘interesting’ ways of directing sessions and providing feedback—needless to say all concerned were extremely confused. Years later I read Harlan Hogan’s story about ‘Blooper’s Soap’ and had a little chuckle to myself!
Haha that was funny. Does this happen often and have you been through something like this when recording at a studio?
